The Festival that is celebrated once in 4 years for two days held at Naagbahal Lalitpur known as “Itilhane Sambyak“. During this festival, on the first day, idols of DIPANKARA are brought to itilhane from diffrent places of Kathmandu valley at night. People come to worship god from the first day and the festival lasts when idols are taken back on the second day.
