No matter what culture, race or religion, we all have one same desire, to live our lives happily.\u00a0 Shanti Utsav is a new festival of an ancient town Patan to share some happy moments with everyone.<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Shanti Utsav Vol.1 , Vol.2 and Vol.3 were with candle decoration by Japanese candle artist Candle JUNE and music\u00a0by new age hybrid Nepali band LAYA and The Himalayan Connection .
